2007 [Sophomore Season]
In her second season with the Lady Broncs, Mayor made her way into the starting lineup appearing in 119 games where she finished fourth on the team in kills (185) and total attacks (719)... recorded her first career double-double (kills-digs) versus Chicago State (Sept. 22), finishing with 10 kills and 12 digs... collected a career-high 19 digs against UT-Brownsville (Nov. 1)... posted 13 kills and 14 digs in a four-set match versus Prairie View A&M (Nov. 9)... recorded a career-high five blocks against Sam Houston State (Sept. 19)... earned Academic All-Independent Honors for the first time in her career.
2006 [Freshman Season]
The UTPA freshman appeared in 40 games during her rookie season with the Lady Broncs where she finished with 13 digs, seven kills, six assists, two service aces and two blocks... recorded three digs, two kills and two assists against North Texas (Aug. 26) at the TSU/CenturyTel Volleyball Tournament... notched two kills and three digs against Texas State in the season opener at the TSU/Century Volleyball Tournament... collected two digs against both TCU (Oct. 14) and North Dakota State (Nov. 10)... collected two kills, one assist and one block against Texas A&M-International (Sept. 4).
High School
Mayor was a four-year lettermen at Dulles High School where she was a first team All-District 20-5A selection following her senior season... was a three-time All-District 20-5A award recipient during her prep career... was named the Spring Branch ISD Varsity Volleyball Tournament Most Valuable Player during her senior campaign... selected as the Houston Chronicle's Athlete of the Week for her performances after that tournament... led the Vikings to a district championship in each of her four seasons... helped her prep squad to the regional quarterfinals and finals in two of those campaigns... played for Club Texas during the summer months where squad went to the Junior Olympic National Tournament qualifier... was awarded academically with the Outstanding Achievement Award in both Algebra and World History... selected to the Latin Honors Society... was a member of the Latin Club and DECA.
Off the Court
Mayor is the daughter of Domingo and Chit Mayor... born on October 22, 1987... has two sisters - Dominique and Chelsea... sister (Dominique) was a four-year lettermen at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga... majoring in business administration.
