Spring 2006
Norris recorded his best finish of his Bronc career at the National Minority College Golf Championships where he finished 13th overall with a three-round tally of 230... posted a tournament total of 230, including a career-best 70 in the third round of competition, at the National Independent Men's Golf Championship en route to finishing 32nd overall... competed in five tournaments during the spring season, recording a 78.9 strokes average in 14 rounds... named to the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club and UTPA Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the second time in his career... was selected to the Academic All-Independent team.
Fall 2005
The Broncs' junior competed in a pair of tournaments during the fall season... posted his best finish of the season at the ORU Invitational where he placed 42nd overall with a three-round total of 243... tied for 49th overall at the Fairway Club Invitational after shooting a tournament total of 237... shot his best round of the tournament with a 75 during the final 18 holes... concluded the fall season with an 80.0 strokes average.
Spring 2005
Norris recorded his best finish at the National Minority College Golf Championships where he notched a 32nd-place showing... recorded a season-best three-round total of 229 at the Cowboy Classic, including shooting a career-best 70 in the second round... shot a three-round score of 233 at Florida Southern's Matlock Collegiate Classic... finished 51st at the Rice Intercollegiate... competed in all seven tournaments for the Broncs... earned Dean's List Second Honors to earning his fourth consecutive trip to the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club... garnered UTPA Athletic Director's Honor Roll laurels for the first time in his career.
Fall 2004
The UTPA sophomore fired his best three-round total of the season at the Byron Nelson Invitational hosted by Stanford University where he notched a 230... recorded a 30th-place showing at the Stephen F. Austin Crown Classic where he shot a 54-hole total of 234... finished 36th overall at the Fairway Club Invitational... earned Dean's List Second Honors... cited with Bronc Pride 3.0 Club honors.
Spring 2004
Norris recorded his best outing of the season by shooting a three-round total of 227 en route to finishing 20th at the Hal Sutton Tournament... shot a 74 in the final round of that tournament, which was his lowest round of the season... added a 28th place finish at the National Minority College Golf Championships in Port St. Lucie, FL, after shooting 245 over the course of 54 holes... was a Bronc Pride 3.0 Club member following the spring semester.
Fall 2003
Norris competed in all four fall tournaments during his rookie campaign... posted his best finish of the season, 32nd, at the Southern Chrysler Crown Classic in Lufkin, TX... put together his best back-to-back rounds at the First Reliance Intercollegiate in Florence, SC, by shooting a 73 in the second round followed by a 72 during the second set of 18 holes... finished 37th overall at that tournament following a three-round total of 225... earned Bronc Pride 3.0 Club honors for the first time in his career.
High School
Norris was a tremendous all-around athlete for the Cobras of Cochrane High School... finished 14th at the 2002 Canadian Junior Championships in 2002... placed 20th at the Canadian Junior Championships a year later... finished ninth at the 2002 Alberta Provincial Championships followed by a 11th place finishing the following year... was on the a squad that captured the 2002 Junior America's Cup, finishing 20th overall... was part of a team that won the 2003 Canadian Inter-Provincial Championship... won the 2003 Alberta Team Trials... ranked among the top 30 junior golfers in Canada during both the 2002 and 2003 seasons... also starred on the football field and basketball court where he was a team captain for both teams.

Norris is the son of Alan and Shelly Norris... has two sisters - Andrea and Kirsten - and one brother - Cory... was born on Sept. 17, 1985... majoring in psychology with a minor in kinesiology... is the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
