Foster Ridge High School
Wymer guided Foster Ridge High School to a 23-10 record during his senior season, which was the best record in school history... concluded his final campaign with the Panthers with an 8-3 record where he recorded five complete games and one save en route to finishing with a 2.51 earned run average... was a two-position threat for the Panthers were he struck out 69 hitters in 53.0 innings of action on the mound and also led the squad with a .315 batting average... hurled 10.0 innings while allowing one hit and zero runs to go along with 10 strikeouts in the season opener against Southlake Carroll... was a first team All-District 5-5A selection during his senior season... selected as the Panthers' Most Valuable Player in his final season... captured back-to-back Cy Young Awards for the Panthers, which was given out to the team's top pitcher... graduated with honors at Foster Ridge High School... selected for the National Honor Roll, Texas Scholar, National Honor Society, Who's Who Among American High School Students as well as a recipient of the Who's Who in Texas Sports.
