2006 [Junior Season]
The UTPA junior recorded a .218 batting average in 39 games for the Broncs where he collected 26 hits in 119 at-bats... recorded 12 runs scored, eight RBI and eight walks during this campaign... posted six games of two or more hits for the Broncs... collected two hits, two runs scored and one RBI against Stephen F. Austin (Feb. 17)... finished with two hits, two runs scored and one RBI on the road at The University of Texas at San Antonio (Apr. 4)... notched two hits versus Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Mar. 26), Birmingham-Southern (Apr. 8), Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Apr. 13) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (May 16).
2004-05 [Phoenix College]
Lozano appeared in 42 games as a sophomore for Phoenix College where he recorded a .320 batting average in a wooden bat conference... collected 40 hits and 38 RBI for the Bears during his sophomore campaign.
Americas High School
A product of El Paso, TX, Lozano earned second team All-City honors as a senior and was selected to play in the Senior's All-City Showcase Game... earned three letters on the diamond for Americas High School.
