2006 [Sophomore Season]
Honeycutt appeared in 40 games where he recorded a .142 batting average with 21 hits in 122 at-bats... notched three home runs, two doubles and one triple to go along with 16 RBI and 13 runs scored... accumulated 284 putouts behind the plate and finished with a .987 fielding percentage... connected on his first collegiate home run and grand slam against the University of Texas at San Antonio (Mar. 7) where he finished with two hits, four RBI and one run scored... connected on his second home run of the season against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Mar. 25) where he finished with three RBI and one run scored... collected two hits against Prairie View A&M (Mar. 14) and Coastal Carolina (Apr. 28)... cited as a Bronc Pride 3.0 Club member during the fall semester.
2005 [Freshman Season]
The UTPA freshman saw limited action during his first season with the Broncs where he played in 15 games... scored five runs during the season in 10 at-bats... was selected to the Bronc Pride 3.0 Club for the first time in his career during the fall semester.
Rosebud-Lott High School
Honeycutt was a first team Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-State selection... earned first team All-District 21-4A honors during his senior season where he recorded a .418 batting average with 41 hits, including 10 doubles, three triples, two home runs and 18 RBI... selected to the Waco All-Star Game for all classifications following his senior campaign... stole 22 bases in 23 total attempts while recording 14 walks and eight hit-by-pitches as a senior... cited as a Super CenTex honorable mention catcher during the 2004 season... threw out 18 of 30 stolen bases attempted and picked off six runners from the catcher's position... honored as the Most Valuable Player and Outstanding Hitter for Rosebud-Lott High School... was part of a squad that qualified for the regional finals during his senior season.

Honeycutt is the son of Larry and Elizabeth Honeycutt... born on February 14, 1986... has two brothers - Trey and Jaime... majoring in business management.
