2007 [Freshman Season]
Dugas saw action in 28 games where he earned 20 starts during his freshman season... posted a .205 batting average with nine RBI to go along with 15 hits and seven runs scored... recorded his first hit of his career against Stephen F. Austin (Mar. 3)...collected three hits, including two RBI to go along with one double and one run scored versus Northern Colorado (Apr. 7).
Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School
Dugas was a three-time All-Orange County and two-time All-District 20-4A selection during his prep career at Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School... earned first team All-Southeast Texas laurels during his final season... posted a .320 batting average with seven doubles, two triples and a pair of home runs while stealing a team-high 15 bases... collected seven wins and five saves in his final two seasons on the mound en route to posting a 1.40 earned run average during his senior campaign... earned all-district honors as both an outfielder and pitcher during his junior season... was part of a Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School program that captured a pair of district championships and earned a berth in the regional finals during the 2004 season... was a three-time Academic All-District 20-4A selection where he graduated with a 3.67 grade point average... cited with All-Orange County laurels during his senior season on the football field... earned seven letters during his prep career - four in baseball and three in football... was a member of the Houston Heat where he led the squad in batting average during his final two seasons... posted a .414 batting average in the 2004 campaign and .379 batting average during the following season.
